  • Before returning parcel, please contact customer service by service@piccocasa.com to get the RMA number first and post it on the outside of the returned parcel in order to accurately check your returned parcel from here, if without RMA number, our system can not follow your return information, then it will cause delay and can not check your returned parcel, your refund will be credited back to your account within 48 hours upon arrival of the returned parcel from you, thanks for knowing these.

  • 30 days return policy: there is 30 days available starting from the order being placed for you to decide if the item is what you’re looking for, Returned parcel must be under unused condition and brand new with the original packing, otherwise the return would be unacceptable, in addition, if you just don’t want it and want to return it, in this case, the initial postage charged from our warehouse to your address will be deducted from the refund you’ll receive, or you can choose to cover the return postage for a replacement as well.

  • All returned items must be under unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items with no RMA No. marks and free gifts can not be returned.

  • Please do not send your parcel back to the address on the outside of your package, that is not the correct return address, please contact customer service by service@piccocasa.com and get RMA number and return address before returning parcel.

  • Please make sure that your returned parcel was purchased from Piccocasa before sending it out, we are not responsible for the return of non-Piccocasa products.
